Work Accommodations and Apart of the Team go hand in hand. It’s the overall goal for job seekers with disabilities and employees with disabilities. You want to find a balance between the two (work accommodations and apart of the team). You can’t have 1 or the other both must go hand in hand. How diverse and inclusive is the actual company? Does the company truly make this a priority? It doesn’t take long to figure out if it’s all a bunch of talk or has some backbone to it.
