What in your life needs Restoration and Hope?

When you think about Restoration and Hope in all facets of your life. You ponder over what in your life needs Restoration and Hope. Let’s face it a lot times when we’re feeling down or just not content something in our lives needs restoration. Or how about that push that you get from out of no where and suddenly you yearn for more in your life when you’ve been content for so long.

Maybe some of you are like me been single for awhile now and suddenly BAM something says open your heart to love again. You even ask yourself where did this even come from. For a moment your thinking might be thrown off balance. You have to find that quiet space to get some clarity.

Restoration ultimately is for our good. Hope that follows after being restored….

Take Care

This has been my year of restoration. I’m not quite there yet, but I am grateful for the opportunity.

I love that you used the word grateful, that speaks volumes all on it’s own when it comes to restoration.

I’ve always struggled with the idea of gratitude. I was raised with the idea that life was hard. And a hard life is hard to be grateful for.

I think a lot of people can relate to your comment. For me it was the opposite. I had family members that have been through a lot and that was early in their life. Yet, they are the most loving people that I know. I learned a lot about gratitude. The power of restoration and hope amongst extremely difficult times in life.

It’s not quite the same but I’ve been teaching at a new school (I’m in year two there now). My lady school I broke myself trying to help and be what the kids needed. They were wonderful there for about 4 years and then they changed, the community changed. So I left and went to a new school. It’s been harder here than I thought and part of it was I closed myself off. It really was hurtful when you give your all and put in so much only to be turned on in the end. Part of me wonders if it would get easier if I opened up again… but it’s hard to be sure…

    Great post!

It’s important to have a great support system especially for our educators in the school system. Also it’s important for the community to support the school as well. You are a leader and leaders need a support system to. Your a leader who knows that your holding back on what all you can provide for that school. I would release that fear and add your expertise. Possibly create a support group for educators in your school and other schools. I can understand that being a educator in a school system you want to know that your valued it’s a lot of hard work.

Thank you for your advice 🙂 while I do not hold back on my professional experience, I hold back emotionally and you’re right, that can hinder a connection with students. I will do my best to overcome this 🙂 thank you again
